Set up, program and operate CNC Horizontal Mills in a precision machining environment for Aerospace, Automotive and Medical device industries.
Essential Activities:
Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions and reference points.
Sets up mills and lathes, adjusting tools, attachments, bushings, cams, gears etc.
Operate CNC Mills, Lathes, Turning machines, Drills or Bores according to specifications on blueprints.
Requirements:
Previous role in an industrial manufacturing facility operating Computer Controlled Machine Tools.
Ability to hold close tolerances for machined parts.
Strong knowledge of processes related to machining, able to troubleshoot problems with machines and auxiliary equipment.
Compensation up to $60,000 with overtime potential. Full medical, dental, vision, life and liability, and death and accidental dismemberment insurance. Pension plan with matched 401(k) and paid training programs for new equipment.
