Hospice Quick Response STNA's participate in the team meetings, documents care, patient response, and observations made during hands-on nursing care when visiting patients and families during end of life.
Shift:
Wednesday to Friday 8:
00 PM to 8:
30 AM Office located in south Akron; Green, Ohio.
Travel to office required.
Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.

Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or G.
E.
D.
Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification Must be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification.
1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required.
Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid drivers license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
